The images in your post don't show how you sent your cancellation request or the email address you sent it to. The Forum is not where you request a cancellation of a lease. Our Forum is a User Forum that is answered by our Users. Once we have the actual email address you used to purchase and with which you said you've emailed us, we can look into the emails you've mentioned you sent, and we can process the cancellation. Please email from the email address you used to purchase and we will be happy to resolve this for you promptly. I do not see any emails from you in our Sales or Support inbox asking for a cancellation under your forum account email address. Yes, to cancel your lease subscription, you need to email as our Cancellation Policy states. I tried tracking down your email address to look up your account, but the email address associated with your forum account is not in our system at all - not tied to a free trial or a purchase.
